Level One
Eye of the Falcon
Falcon is a great predator, with keen eyes and a sharp beak. As he soars in the sky, he can spot the tiny movement in the grass that betrays the location of his prey at great distances. He shares this Gift freely with his children so they may spot their foes easily and lead the Garou into battle with confidence. Any of Falcon’s brood may teach this Gift.
Cost: None or 1 Gnosis, see power

System:
Passively this Gift is always active, your sense of sight has sharped to such a degree that you may read or see things from an incredible distance. You permanently gain 20/5 vision.
Additionally you may spend one Gnosis point and a standard action to heighten your visual perception in to a phenomenal degree. You automatically notice anything mundanely concealed within your line of sight. You may attempt to pierce any supernatural concealment that is within your line of sight. You test with your Wits + Investigation vs. their Resolve + Willpower (their power may give them a different defensive pool). If you pierce their concealment power, you become immune to any other concealment powers that character may use for the next 5 minutes.
Exceptional Success:
Rather than 5 minutes, you become immune to any concealment powers that character may use for the next hour.
Affinity:
Your eyes are so sharp that when attacking an opponent from range you know just where to hit. All ranged attacks deal an additional point of damage.
Ranged attacks with this Gift now deal 3 damage on a normal success; 4 on an exceptional.
Falcon’s Grasp
A leader must keep a tight grip on his power, and this Gift allows the Garou to do so literally. The Garou’s hands or jaws tighten in a mighty death-grip, making it nearly impossible to escape. A falcon-spirit teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Rage

System:
The player spends a simple action to activate this Gift. Gain +3 on all Grapple challenges for the next 10 minutes. Further, when attempting a Grapple Combat Maneuver, you only reduce the damage you would deal by 2, rather than 3.
Affinity:
With a keen eye, it becomes easy to see when to strike, while this Gift is active the first time in a combat you use the Grapple Combat Maneuver you may do so without needing to spend a point of Willpower first.
Inspiration
Other werewolves often look to the Silver Fang for leadership in combat. The Gift of Inspiration is one reason. The Garou with this Gift lends new resolve and righteous anger to his brethren. Either a lion- or wolf-spirit teaches this Gift.

System:
Upon downing a foe, you may let out a howl as a simple action, any comrades within ear shot (up to your dots in Leadership) may howl back (this costs them no action) and gain one of the following benefits their choice (you do not gain this benefit):
- Heal 1 point of damage (bashing, lethal, or aggravated)
- Gain 1 temporary Willpower (up to their maximum)
- Gain 1 temporary Gnosis (up to their maximum)
- Gain 1 temporary Rage
Any given individual may only benefit from Inspiration once a round.
Affinity:
Beacons of inspiration, all effected by the Silver Fangs use of this Gift gain a second benefits.
Silver Fang Level Two Gifts

Level Two
Luna’s Armor
The Silver Fang may call for Luna’s protection in battle. This Gift even allows limited resistance to silver. A Lune teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Gnosis

System:
Spend a simple action to activate this Gift. You conjure magical silvery armor that lasts for the next 10 minutes. This armor is either
light or medium armor at your discretion. The conjured armor gains all benefits, but still suffers all restrictions of such armor (e.g the minimum strength requirement to move in the armor and the penalty to dexterity tests). In addition, the armor gains a single armor Quality.
While this armor is active, when you are attacked with an attack that uses silver, you gain the ability to attempt to soak the damage, further a
Gift retest if you attempt to soak the damage. This is an exception to the normal rules regarding soaking that say as a Garou you may not attempt to soak damage from silver and that you may only use your
general retest when attempting to soak.
Affinity:
While donned in Luna's armor, the Silver Fang finds they look even more the part of a leader. Gain +1 on all Charisma or Manipulation based challenges.
Unity of the Pack
It is only natural for those guided by canny leaders to excel. This Gift allows the Silver Fang’s pack to enjoy the benefits of her unifying aura, making them deadlier warriors against the Wyrm’s minions. A wolf-spirit teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Willpower

System:
On the Garou's turn, they designate a member of their pack either through command, gesture, or some other easily recognizable action. The Silver Fang grants the individual selected an immediate simple action that can only be used for movement that they take immediately during the Silver Fang's turn. This Gift may only be activated once a round, but does not take an action to activate.
Affinity:
By instead also spending a Simple Action when designating a member of the pack, the Silver Fang grants the individual selected an immediate standard action that can only be used to attack. This attack is as above done immediately by the designated character during the Silver Fang's turn. This Gift may still only be activated once a round.
Word of Honor
To a Silver Fang, honor is everything. This Gift imbues a Garou’s words with his honorable bearing. As long as the Silver Fang speaks the truth, others believe him. An eagle-spirit teaches the Silver Fangs how to speak clear and true.
Cost: 1 Gnosis

System:
By spending a simple action, the Silver Fang can make every word he says bear the ring of truth. Anyone who listens hears that the Gift user speaks the truth. Listeners are not necessarily inclined to obey the Fang or follow his suggestions, but the facts are clear. The Silver Fang must speak the truth, as he knows it, or the Gift automatically backfires (half truths are not good enough, the Silver Fang must believe every word they are saying without any intent to deceive). If the Silver Fang attempts to lie while under the effect of this Gift, the Gift immediately fails and all who heard the Fang know he lied - further the unscrupulous Silver Fang suffers the Spirit Notoriety Flaw for the next three sessions.
Affinity:
By spending two Gnosis points, the Silver Fang may activate this Gift retroactively for something they just said. The previous statement must still be the truth.
Silver Fang Level Three Gifts

Level Three
Dominance Blow
Smart Garou know to pay the Silver Fangs their due. Stupid ones openly challenge them, and force the Silver Fangs to assert their dominance. This Gift allows a Silver Fang to easily knock down would-be rebels by connecting physical dominance with rightful leadership. When this Gift is working, might does make right. Lupus Silver Fangs are fond of this Gift, which resembles wolf understandings of alpha standing. A wolf-spirit teaches this Gift
Cost: 1 Rage
Test Pool: Strength + Brawl vs. target's physical defense
System:
Spend a standard action and strike out at an opponent. The blow delivered should be humiliating to the enemy in some way - a punch to the groin, dust thrown into the eyes, or something similar. If successful, in addition to the normal damage from a successful brawl attack, the opponent is left humiliated for the next round during which they suffer a -2 to resist any social powers.
Exceptional Success:
Deal additional damage as appropriate for your brawl attack.
Affinity:
The humiliation also makes it difficult for the victim to collect their thoughts, they suffer a -2 to resist any mental powers.
Silver Claws
The Silver Fang can establish her battlefield primacy against other werebeasts by transforming her own claws into silver. A Lune teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Gnosis

System:
Spend a Simple Action to activate this Gift. The transformation lasts for the next 10 minutes. Silver claws deal Aggravated damage to all targets that are vulnerable to Silver, and they are naturally unsoakable to the Garou and most other werebeasts. Further, increase the amount of damage dealt by your Claw attacks by 1 while this Gift is active. In addition, select one of the following weapon traits and apply it to your claw attacks: Accurate, Armor Piercing, Deadly, Disabling, or Fast.
When you strike an opponent with your silver claws, it rips away Gnosis from targets. Each time you hit an opponent that has Gnosis, you drain away 1 point of Gnosis. Targets that do not have Gnosis do not suffer any effect.
While the Fang manifests the claws, she suffers searing agonies, suffering a -4 to all non-combat challenges while this Gift is active.
You must be in a form that has claws to benefit from this Gift.
Affinity:
Each turn while in combat, she gains an automatic Rage point due to the intense pain and stress. Importantly, when her Rage points exceed her current Willpower, she must immediately check for berserk frenzy, and make such a check every round that her Rage remains above her current Willpower.
Wrath of Gaia
The Garou shows himself in full, terrible, glory as Gaia’s chosen warrior. His splendor overwhelms minions of the Wyrm, driving them before him in terror unless they can master their instinctive fear of this predator. An avatar of Gaia herself teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Gnosis
Test Pool: Charisma + Intimidation vs. target's Composure + Willpower
System:
Spend a Gnosis and a Standard Action to activate this Gift and manifest your terrible glory for all to behold. Engage all Wyrm Affinity creatures within 10 steps of you in a contested challenge; if you use your general retest on any of the challenges, you may use your general retest on all remaining challenges without needing to spend another point of Willpower. You may not go back to previous challenges you have already resolved.
On a success, for the next hour the Wyrm creature must flee your presence until they are at least 10 steps away from you. Further, they will avoid attacking you for the duration of this effect. If cornered, the Wyrm creature may attack you only for so long until there is a means of escape available to them.
Exceptional Success:
The effect lasts for the rest of the session, the Wyrm creature will not attack you and will do everything in their power to stay at least 10 steps away from you at all times. If cornered, the Wyrm creature may attack you only for so long until there is a means of escape available to them.
Affinity:
A skilled warrior knows how to terrify with their Rage as well. Instead of Gnosis, a Fang may choose to activate this Gift by spending a point of Rage.
Silver Fang Level Four Gifts

Level Four
Mastery
With the power of this Gift, the Fang can command other Garou, even those that have fallen to the Wyrm, to do her bidding. A falcon-spirit teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Gnosis
Test Pool: Intelligence + Leadership vs. target's Resolve + Willpower
System:
Spend a Standard action and engage the target in a contested challenge while giving them a verbal order that can be no longer than a single sentence. If successful, the target must obey your order for 1 turn. Suicidal orders fail automatically.
Exceptional Success:
The target justifies their actions after they have done them and without the aid of other magic does not remember being given an order.
Affinity:
Rather than 1 turn, the target must obey the order for 3 turns.
Sidestep Death
Old legends say that when the first Silver Fang died, he was reborn with this Gift. A Fang with this Gift simply sidesteps what would have become his deathblow. A lion-spirit teaches this Gift.
Cost: 3 Willpower
System:
Once per session, when targeted by an effect that would reduce a Silver Fang to 0 or less HP they may activate this Gift. Doing so does not cost an action. They are considered to have successfully resisted the effect. Further, if it was a power, that power may not be used on the Fang for the rest of the night (this does not apply if it was just a punch, kick, or other similar entirely physical attack).
Affinity:
Rather than activating when targeted, the Silver Fang may choose to instead activate this Gift after losing the respective challenge. however, doing so is at the increased cost of 4 Willpower rather than 3.
Silver Fang Level Five Gifts

Level Five
Luna’s Avenger
The Garou’s entire body, regardless of her current form, is changed to living silver. She becomes a nearly unstoppable warrior. A Lune teaches this Gift.
Cost: 1 Gnosis
Test Pool: None
System:
The Garou must concentrate for one full turn to activate this Gift. This Gift lasts for 10 minutes, during which the Garou is immune to the effects of Silver. Any attacks she makes deal Aggravated, unsoakable damage to Garou or any other creature that is vulnerable to Silver. Further, increase all damage dealt to creatures vulnerable to silver by 1.
Affinity:
The resilience of Silver also strengthens the Garou. They gain +2 on all Stamina challenges while this Gift is active, as well as 2 additional health levels.
Paws of the Newborn Cub
With a glare and snarl, the Silver Fang strips her foe of any supernatural power. Many servants of the Wyrm have tried to employ their putrescent magic against the Fangs, only to realize that they face a mighty foe with only mundane methods of defense. A falcon-spirit teaches this Gift.
Cost: 3 Gnosis
Test Pool: Intelligence + Intimidation + Rank vs. target's Resolve + Willpower + Rank
System:
Expend your standard action to roar in dominance, invoking the Firebird to strip away your target's stature and power with your strength of will. If you succeed in the opposed challenge, your target temporarily loses access to all supernatural Gifts above 2 for a single turn, including equivalent other powers, such a disciplines, spheres, and similar abilities. Paws of the Newborn Cub does not affect supernatural aspects inherent to your target's creature type, such as merits or natural shapeshifting.
Additionally, any active supernatural powers affecting the target that have base durations of one hour or less immediately end. This occurs regardless of if the effect is beneficial or harmful, and regardless of whether any power's duration has been extended due to exceptional success or other effects.
Exceptional Success:
Paws of the Newborn Cub's duration extends until the end of the following two turns, rather than the standard one turn.
Affinity:
By spending a Willpower in addition to the Gnosis cost when activating this Gift, your target loses access to all Gifts above 1, rather than above 2.
